OK, I have an urgent need for my air conditioner be fixed for condensation to drip outside and not inside I have scheduled an appointment and handy keeps rescheduling. I have explained to them the urgency for this to be fixed or it is going to cause great damage to my wall and window seal.

I paid handy to install my air conditioner and the guy that installed it did not lower it outside enough for all the condensation to drip outside he had stuffed a sponge in the area where condensation was going inside the house once the sponge got saturated so this was something that didn't start right away. it took awhile until sponge was saturated. Handy has rescheduled 3 times. Everytime I explain the urgency for this to be corrected quickly before there is major damage to my window seal and wall, let alone my health because of mold

So now that have Completely decided not to send someone to fix the issue but to refund my money no matter the damage that is being caused by the improper installation of the air conditioners condensation coming inside my home so what there are saying is that they will not fix the issue.

They have lied to me told me that a supervisor would be contacting me no one has called me. After all the hassle I do want my money back. I also think that Handy should fix the issue since it was caused by the installer not properly installing it. It should not be my responsibility to fix what they created.

I am in the process of turning this information over to the BBB Companies should not take on jobs that they can't back. I am so distraught because I am a single women that barely make ends meet any suggestions from any review readers out there to make this company accountable for there services

And another thing I have contacted by phone, e-mail no help, no help at all when emailing I believe that a robot is responding Not honoring their service

User's recommendation: NO do not hire them they do not back up the work.

Preferred solution: It ask if I lost money not yet but may have to replace widow seal and portions of my wall my solution is to fix this before any major problems.

Handy Pros: Convenience.

Handy Cons: Service was incomplete, Not complete.
