Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After additional back and forth during which they tried to offer me $20.26 more in credits, then full reimbursement in credits, I warned I would report them to Better Business Bureau and they finally agreed to issue full refund. At the very least, this was resolved in under 24 hrs and I didn’t end up having to call..

Never got the service I requested

Went to Lowes got a bathroom light..Was having a light instaled in bathroom...Handy-man came to house. Sat in front of house for 20 minutes. Never came to the screen door or knocked on the door. Just left. Called service center made another appointment an they never showed. $150.00 spent to get no work done.Went to Lowes asked for money back. DONT USE THIS PLACE,ALL HASSLE!!!

Handymen don’t show up to confirmed appointments

Handymen dont show up to confirmed appointments and when they are scheduled and paid to build multiple items through Wayfair, Handy only books the handymen to build one item. Ive paid for assemblies multiple times that I have to then pay cash to the handyman and I am never reimbursed. They have no concept of customer service and no supervisors to resolve issues.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

Do NOT use them. Their customer service is like talking to a two year old. Thy DO NOT CARE! They hung up on me three times and transfered me all over the place. 97 minutes and i still have no answer. I don't get it-it's a bunch of clowns, so apparently the circus is in town. DO NOT USE THEM

Poor Communication difficult to talk to anyone directly.

I wish to reschedule my booking for today.I did it through Wayfair yesterday but I received a message from Handy saying that I made a booking on the 6/9/22 and cancelled it.The reason being is because I had an appointment and the guy who was sent to assemble the job came earlier than the proposed time.I have paid for the job via Wayfair and wish to reshedule my appointment for this afternoon at 2pm.Thanks for your cooperation.

NO SHOW & LIES

Two appointments NO SHOWED I was told I would be given a credit on figure bookings first I was debated about it then told $10 lol I missed AN ENTIRE DAY OF WORK for a NO SHOW & $10 for my inconvenience??? They should charge $10/day since thats what they thought my day was worth

Poor service

I had three bad experiences with Handy (multiple last minute cancellations by the cleaner) and stopped using it years ago until today. I thought things might have changed by now so I tried again.

Nothing is different. Today, minutes before the cleaner’s arrival time she messaged me to say she was in traffic and would be 10-15 mins late. I watched on the map as she made her way across town. Then I received a cancellation at 25 mins past the arrival time saying there was “an emergency” with the cleaner.

I don’t believe there was really any emergency. Not with this history.

I’M FURIOIS! I planned my entire day around this cleaning.

Got a recording saying you are not allowed to dial carrier calls. So I dialed normally instead of through pissedcustomer and got your call did not go through

Reporting to BBB: deliberately tricking customers

I am outraged by this experience. I was not given notice I was automatically being signed up for automatically paying for multiple weeks of charge, and I am going to report you for this, along with the $99 cancellation fee. I am contacting my bank to block the transfer of money, and I am contacting the BBB. This is clearly designed to trick the customer and I'm sick of companies thinking we'll roll over and take it. I am also going to consult a corporate investigation firm about this. We are in a period of insane costs and recession, and this is how you dupe customers? Not any more.
