Purchased painting from Crate and Barrel, paid $75 installation fee and they arranged installation. I did not know at the time that it was through Angie/Handy. Installation scheduled for Friday at 1:00, tech never showed up. Not sure why the *** they are called pros. The ESL people at customer service are totally useless. Reschedule for Sunday at 3 tech did not show up. The useless customer disservice people offered to reschedule again. Told them to go to *** They deserve zero stars.

Scheduled this installation and kept moving the date so I had to keep changing my schedule. This was so bad that I had to find a installation crew of my own and pay them separately from the payment I have already paid. I think they couldn't find a good installer to do the job. I will never use the Lowes or Angie service ever again

I attempted to contact cust. service through both their website and their app. The link that opens when you click on it opens to a "this site can't be reached" error page, and the app page is blank when you try to contact cust service What the??? that set off alarm bells in my head and I came to this site to review what others had said.. oh oh. trouble brewing. so I tried to text the cleaner who was booked for my job and got a return message saying " Sorry, this number is inactive" yikes! I canceled the job. when it looks like a stinking fish, it's probably a stinking fish ...

Angry customer

Girl on phone could not find my order. Work was done on January 7 and 8. Unprofessional was named Alan Tiller. Left my house a big mess!! Did not complete the job as requested!! Need superintendent or someone that is skilled to come to my house and fix Alan Tillers mess! If I need to, Ill be happy to get my attorney involved.. also he charged two Gatorade drinks on the receipt and expected me to pay for it and a drill set .

I applied for a visa and I paid 86.9 by credit card and on 27.02.2024 the Handy Visas asked me email my passport with photo. I sent two pages one with photo and expired date and page of passport, that shows my passport extended until 06 March 2029. They didnt read properly and sent me an email that said my passport is not valid and they need a new passport to be valid at least 6 months from arrival date. But my passport is valid until 2029 . I want to process my application as soon as possible or my money back.

Chandelier

I am making a complaint for one of your employees that hang out chandelier wrong two years ago. It started to drop down which was dangerous. We had someone else fixed it because your employer did not do the job exactly right. I don't care if the warranty was up two years or not. It is a wonderful it did not fall from the floor sooner. Please make sure your employees do the job right to start with. This is very disappointing for us when my son paid for the chandelier to be install by your company. No one wanted to help us earlier about this. Hope this does not happen to someone else .

My cleaner came 2.5hrs late saying the bus was late and her phone died. I told her that I need to reschedule and then asked handy to cancel the cleaning on the app.

Then the representative cancelledthe cleaning because of "no show" by mistake and the cleaner said I did that on purpose and sent me multiple nasty text messages. I asked the representative to help me but he said they do not contact cleaners and I need to solve that myself. I ended up blocking this cleaner.

They really do not care what kind of service customers receive and offer no help basically when you need it. Very disappointed.

Paid for assembly on an office desk. Person arrived at 6pm, then shortly after 8pm, he informs he's supposed to leave at 8:30Pm. I said my desk is not completed? He says contact customer service, WRONG. There is no one to contact. The site says 24/7 friendly customer service. WRONG. No time was given when I paid upfront. This service is definitely a scam.

I scheduled a person to mount a tv today So then they get a message from you that its canceled. Then I get another person to do it. Then my guy comes. Your guy called me, running late. So I said dont come. I hope you dont charge me for that because you canceled it. And help just transferred me to just answer which I didnt know. What now I should pay 3 people for one job?

Claim for over $900.00 damages

On Aug 10th, 2023 Handy sent out a technician to install my kitchen faucet, the guys did a horrible job & cur the main lines on the faucet and caused a major leak. I called then they sent out 3 days later another tech, this guy tried to patch up what the first guy did wrong.

Didn't work, long story short, had to hire a real plumber that cost almost 400.00, replacement faucet and materials to repair the damage. I opened a claim and it was settled for a $985.00 payout for all of the damages. They told me that I would be paid out that week (Nov. 7th), in which i wasn't, then I was told 30 days, then told Dec.

4th, It is now Dec. 12th and I still have not received the money to resolve this. I continue to get the run around that it has been "escalated" 8 different times, which is a lie because I have still not heard back from a manager or claims department or the accounting department. This company doesn't plan on paying me for these damages, because all they do is give customers the run around.

I called again today to speak to a manager, customer service said they will "Do their best to get a manager to call me" I have called 20+ times and emails over 20 times and still isn't resolved. They are the worst customer service company I have EVER worked with!
